1 Minute Overnight Chia Pudding Breakfast

Preparing breakfast in the morning can be the most time-consuming thing and we all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you are looking for a fast overnight breakfast, chia pudding is one of the best and most nutritious meals and is done in under one minute.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup chia seeds

1 cup non-dairy milk of choice (we prefer raw cashew milk)

One tbs sweetener of choice (agave, raw honey, stevia)

1 sliced banana, berries or your choice of fruit+raisins/walnuts

First put the chia seeds together with the cashew milk and the agave(or your choice of sweetener) in a jar; then stir for 1-2 minutes until your chia seeds start expanding.  Leave the jar in the fridge overnight.  Stir in the morning before serving your chia pudding and add banana or berries, raisins/walnuts.
