7 Castor Oil Uses

Castor oil is an amazing oil that I’ve discovered when my second daughter had severe eczema on her face when she was a toddler.   We tried everything from prescription hydrocortisone cream to home remedies such as aloe vera and coconut oil, but eczema always flared back up.  Finally, I decided to give castor oil a try. I bought a bottle of cold pressed castor oil and rub it on her face every time her eczema flared up.  After doing this routine for a few weeks, we started to see improvements and how her eczema is gone for good.

Besides curing eczema, there are many uses for castor oil such as rheumatism(arthritis) relief, menstrual disorders, constipation, oral care, proper lactation, birth control, hair care, and skincare.

Constipation

Castor oil is best known as a laxative. If taken orally, ricinoleic acid discharged in the intestine and starts working as a laxative.

Using a q-tip, apply the oil directly on the wart every day and leave overnight. Within a few weeks, you will see the mark start to dissolve.
