There are many natural skin care products like natural oils and natural supplements that are really beneficial for every skin type.  Besides getting nutrients from our food, our skin needs to be treated externally with the proper vitamins and nutrients. Many of this nutrients we can find in natural oils such as almond, argan oil, tea tree oil, avocado oil, shea butter as well as aloe vera gel.

5. Shea Butter

Shea butter is rich in many minerals and vitamins such as vitamin A and E, as well as essential fatty acids.  Because of this, it is very popular skin care ingredient.  It can help balance and moisturize the skin, as well as helps with treating eczema.

6. Aloe Vera Gel

Aloe Vera gel is one of the best soothing ingredients for the skin.  It is mainly used for treating acne and treating dry and brittle skin but also helps with fighting premature aging because of vitamin A and vitamin C. Many times it is used during the summer for treating sunburn.

7. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is a great choice for using on your body and hair.  It is naturally antibacterial, antifungal, moisturizing and, according to research, great for atopic dermatitis.  Many women swear by its use as a nighttime moisturizer for their face.
