Sweet potato fries are the healthiest version of the french fries with the lower calorie count and many health benefits. Additionally, sweet potatoes are one of the best fitness foods loaded with many nutrients and vitamins such as vitamin B and fiber. Combine this spicy recipe with our special Greek yogurt cucumber sauce.
For this recipe you will need:
3 medium sized sweet potato fries
2 1/2 tbs extra virgin coconut or extra virgin olive oil (we recommend coconut oil)
1 tbs sweet paprika
1/2 tbs chili powder
1 small can greek yogurt
1 small cucumber, chopped into squares
garlic powder to taste
First, take the sweet potato peel them off and cut them into stripes in french fries style. Next, mix the sweet paprika, melted coconut oil, chili powder and salt; then mix it with the cut sweet potato fries. Put the fries on a none greasy baking paper and bake for 20 min at 200 degrees Celsius. To make the Greek yogurt sauce, mix the green yogurt with the chopped cucumber, garlic powder, and sea salt. Once the sweet potatoes are baked, serve them hot with the Greek yogurt sauce. Bon appetit!
