The Chi energy is the life force energy in the body is called Ki, Qi, and Prana.  Many diseases are usually consequences of blocked energy come energy centers or channels in the human body.  For example, Chi is the energy that balances Yin and Yang, masculine and feminine, passive and active magnetic energy. Usually, the energy of chi is very vibrant and fresh- no matter what it represents a sound, colors or image.
