5 Healthy Espresso Shots

We all need a little kick start in the morning to get us going; whether is a shot of espresso or a cup of black coffee.  Early mornings really are better with a little energy boost.  If trying to get a little energy boost and in the same time alkalize and kick start your metabolism in the early hours replace your normal espresso with one of these healthy espresso shots.
