5 Minutes Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Avocado pudding is a very easy snack to make; also is loaded with healthy fats from the avocado, potassium from the banana, and antioxidants from the raw cacao. We added 2 teaspoons of peanut butter, raw agave for sweetness, and a splash or rice/almond milk for achieving the desired consistency.  You can eat this as a dessert or even in the morning topped with granola.

Avocado is one of the healthiest fruits on the planet and has a lot of health benefits such as decreasing the bad cholesterol in the blood and sight protection due to a  lot of antioxidants such as Lutein and Zeaxanthin which promote eye health.  The best thing about this recipe is the peanut butter that gives a special touch- chocolate and peanut butter is a combination that always works.  If you desire, you can switch the peanut butter with other nut butter of choices such as almond or hazelnut butter.


1 ripe avocado

1 1/2 ripe banana

dates/agave/raw honey according to your taste preference

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Stir more rice/almond milk according to the desired consistency and dates/agave syrup depending on how sweet you want the pudding. You can also add more raw cacao if you want the pudding more chocolaty-tasting.  Mix everything and serve it in 5 small cups and leave it for several hours until it firms.  Sprinkle with shredded raw chocolate or granola if you serve if for breakfast.
