Kim Kardashian Diet and Exercise Regime

Kim has a curvaceous hourglass body that a lot of women would die for.  When she gave birth to North West in June 2014 and lost 43 pounds afterward.  She admitted it was one of the most difficult things she went through was to lose the baby weight so she shared her diet, and exercise regime that got her back in shape.

Kim is a follower of the Atkins diet, which means little carbs and mostly healthy fats and proteins. Her daily calorie limit is 2,000 kcal.

Kim prefers having a good breakfast. Her breakfast consists of 2 eggs with spinach and cheese. For lunch, she eats fish with asparagus and a side salad.  Next, she chooses turkey meat with cheese and berries with Greek yogurt and nuts for snacks.  Finally, she again eats proteins like chicken breasts with a side of broccoli for dinner. The only items that are forbidden while dieting are carbohydrates and alcohol.  Atkins diet is low-carb diet and it gained millions of followers around the world because it delivers results really quickly.  When you are following the Atkins diet, your body burns fat due to the low carbohydrate intake.

When it comes to her exercise regime she sticks to Berry’s Bootcamp.  Berry’s Bootcamp is claimed to be the best workout in the world and it makes you lose more than 1000 kcal in just one hour.  She also goes to Pilates Plus and trains with the personal trainer Gunnar Peterson who also trains with Kim’s sister, Khloe Kardashian.  Gunnar says Kim is the most diligent and hardworking person in the gym.  She does squats, lunges, deadlifts, and all kinds of different exercises to tone her body, although he says a lot of it is genetics.
