Morning Green Smoothie For Fat Loss

1 Apple

1/2 cup chopped Pineapple

1 Banana

2 Dates

1 1/2 tbsp Spirulina Powder

1/2 Cup Rice Milk

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Pineapples and apples have many health benefits including digestive enzymes that help the digestive tract. These fruits are great for morning smoothies as they kick start the metabolism. The spirulina powder will detox your organs and will add plant protein to your morning smoothie. The banana and dates will add good sugars and carbohydrates that will give you energy until your next meal. The rice milk will make your smoothie thicker and will add on flavor. Coconut oil is proven to help you lose weight with triglycerides that increase the energy expenditure which equates to more fat burning.
